New Qube™ Eco Recognized With Dual PAC Global Nominations as the First Fully Recyclable Adherence Pack
We’re proud to share an important milestone in sustainable healthcare packaging.
Qube™ Eco—developed by our team at Jones Healthcare Group—is the world’s first fully recyclable adherence blister pack, and it has been nominated for two PAC Global Awards in the Package Innovation Design and Sustainable Package Design categories. These early recognitions highlight the promise of this solution set to launch next year.
Traditional adherence packs rely on foil, PVC, paperboard and adhesive—materials that can’t be easily separated and inevitably end up in landfill. Qube Eco addresses this challenge directly. Using recycling-compatible Bio-PET, paperboard and an APR-recognized polypropylene seal, the design enables clean separation into paper and plastic streams for true curbside recyclability, while maintaining the barrier protection, patient safety and workflow performance pharmacies depend on.
Qube Eco has also been formally reviewed and approved by How2Recycle as “Widely Recyclable” in Canada, following full material disclosure and third-party verification of curbside acceptance—reinforcing the credibility of its recycling claims and supporting clear, standardized consumer guidance.

To support real-world validation, we’re proud to be piloting Qube Eco with Shoppers Drug Mart and working closely with pharmacy teams to validate the solution in real pharmacy environments.
These nominations highlight our leadership in advancing sustainable packaging, achieved in close partnership with our customers. Through deep collaboration with pharmacy teams, care providers and industry partners, Qube Eco translates purpose into practice—bringing the first fully recyclable adherence pack to life without compromising workflow or patient experience. It shows what’s possible when sustainability and customer needs drive innovation.
The 2026 PAC Global Awards ceremony takes place in February, and we look forward to sharing more about Qube Eco as we move toward its launch next year.
