This is Jones Packaging Inc. o/a Jones Healthcare Group’s (“Jones”) privacy policy.  This document explains Jones’ policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.  Jones abides by applicable privacy legislation.

The Information we collect

Jones collects information primarily by information actively provided by its customers. Examples include name, title, company name, address, telephone number, email address, and ordering information voluntarily provided by its website visitors, trade show visitors, or through various forms of business inquiries.

Who we share this information with

Jones does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy.  Jones may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Jones’s uses disclosed herein.

If we ever wish to use your personal information for uses outside of those required to provide you with our products and services, we will first obtain your explicit permission.  If you do grant such permission, you may revoke it at any time.

Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

Accessing information
Individuals may review their personal information contained in Jones files by contacting the Jones privacy officer.  If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.

General

Jones may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website.  If such amendments affect how Jones uses or discloses personal information already held by Jones in a material way, Jones will obtain consent.
