Jones Takes Home Best-of-Show Award for Package Innovation
Jones was proud to be named Best of Show for Package Innovation at the 2021 PAC Canadian Virtual Awards ceremony on June 16.
PAC Packaging Consortium, which has been the voice of the Canadian packaging industry since 1950 and serves all of North America, hosts its prestigious leadership awards every two years to recognize outstanding products in several packaging-related categories.
This year, Jones took home the leading title of Best of Show Package Innovation for our complex multi-panel folding carton designs produced for McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a division of Johnson & Johnson Inc. This is the second Best of Show Package Innovation honour we have received, winning the same title at PAC’s 2019 Canadian Awards for our intelligent, connected packaging.
“The transition from the standard folding carton to those with multiple, wrap-around panels is an excellent solution to new labelling regulations,” says Jim Downham, President & CEO of PAC. “This is a solid execution of technology to meet legal requirements.”
PAC award winners were chosen following a thorough panel review process. The judges for the competition – all dedicated industry experts – are drawn from over 2,300 PAC members representing the most recognized names in the packaging industry.
The PAC competition gives Jones an opportunity to showcase our unique prepress and printing capabilities, and through close collaboration, dedication and service to our clients, we continue to produce award-winning products recognized nationwide.
