Engineering, Design & Prototyping

Our team works closely with customers to develop thermoformed packaging around product geometry, performance requirements, manufacturability and operational needs. In-house design capabilities include part design, CAD modelling, part drawings and tool design, supported by in-house CNC machining for custom tooling and mould development.

Through hand-built mockups, prototype tooling and sample thermoforming, customers can evaluate and refine concepts before moving into production tooling and commercial manufacturing.
